This is an overview of what is included in each plan and what you can expect depending on the package you choose. My recommendations are included for each.
The Free Plan: This is meant to be a training plan for songwriters just getting started with sync. Upload 10 songs for submission to our music supervisor catalogs.
The Starter Plan: You can upload 20 songs for submission to our music supervisor catalogs. You get basic metadata management. A very low cost way to get started. Only $4 /mo.
The Professional Plan: It's cost is $12 /mo. With this plan, you can upload 30 songs for submission. You also receive Auto Metadata Tagging, free instrumental track creation, 6 sync licensing opportunities, and an artist profile.
The Elite Plan: It's cost is $15 /mo. With this plan, you can upload 40 songs for submission. You also receive everything in the Pro plan, plus 8 sync licensing opportunities.
My recommendation is the Pro plan. It includes everything you will need to land a sync licensing contract which we negotiate and manage for you.
"Differences Between Plans"
The big differences between our plans are shown below. If you have never submitted music for sync licensing opportunities,
it is nothing like song submissions for distribution. It is more complex and requires metadata entry (Starter plan only).
1. The FREE PLAN: This is a training level plan that allows 10 song uploads. You must have each song registered
with a PRO (BMI, ASCAP, etc) and have either an ISWC or ISRC number that is issued by your PRO. You will need
to manually enter your metadata tags (7 categories).
1. The STARTER PLAN: This is an entry level plan that allows 20 song uploads. You must have each song registered
with a PRO (BMI, ASCAP, etc) and have either an ISWC or ISRC number that is issued by your PRO. You will need
to manually enter your metadata tags (7 categories).
2. The PROFESSIONAL PLAN: This plan includes many time saving features such as AI Metadata Tag generation and
Auto-Instrumental track creation. It also includes access to our seperate Sync Licensing Opportunities page
where you can submit up to 6 songs for consideration. Oppurtunities include those posted from Sony,
Netflix, and Family Feud to name a few. You can upload 30 songs for inclusion into music
supervisors catalogs using this plan.
3. The ELITE PLAN: This plan includes the same features as the Professional Plan but you can upload 40 songs for
inclusion into the music supervisors catalogs. You can also submit 8 songs to our Sync Licensing
Opportunities page for consideration.
4. The Pro Max and Elite Catalog plans are for songwriters who have large catalogs and include all of the features
of the Professional and Elite plans shown above.
** All plans shown above are carefully screened for accuracy, songs evaluated, and ownership verified via PRO information.
** All songs can be added to our own music library for Music Industry Pros to evaluate/consider.
** All song status and the Free Artist Profile can be viewed at any time.

Unlike traditional libraries, Songwriters Portal takes zero percent of your royalties, publishing, or master rights. We negotiate your contract details. Once a contract is finalized, we chage a flat rate of 18% of the up-front amount payable to the songwriter.
Note** Songwriters Portal never takes a royalty split. However, the client may want to do so. We always negotiate the best deal for our members, always striving for no royalties, period.
