Sync licensing and professional music pitching provide two distinct ways to introduce your songs to music industry opportunities. Starter Plus combines both services in one affordable membership designed for songwriters and independent artists.
Our Sync Licensing Platform helps present your music for film, television, advertising, and other media opportunities.
Our separate Music Pitching Service provides ongoing promotion through four scheduled song pitches each week, helping your music reach new industry opportunities.
Unlike traditional libraries, Songwriters Portal takes zero percent of your royalties, publishing, or master rights. We negotiate your contract details. Once a contract is finalized, we chage a flat rate of 18% of the up-front amount payable to the songwriter.
Note** Songwriters Portal never takes a royalty split. However, the client may want to do so. We always negotiate the best deal for our members, always striving for no royalties, period.
