  • This Support Option allows the Songwriter to Submit a Ticket for Help.
  • Where the Knowledgebase provides text documents for research, the Help Ticket System sends an email notification to staff members.

  • Online Chat is available during normal working hours (8AM to 5PM).
  • You can chat with a Support Engineer immediately.

Click the link above under Support Services -> Knowledgebase. A new browser Tab opens and you will see all of the Categories Available. Simply Click the Category Heading you wish to work with. All Articles will be displayed. Click on the Article.

Click the link above under Support Services -> Help Ticket. A new browser Tab opens and you will complete the Open Ticket form. Complete as many of the fields as you wish and click Submit. Be sure to enter your Name, Email Address, and Message at a minimum. Turnaround on help tickets is fast.
